The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.elalligator.com

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer our customers a 14 days return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, also be in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components. 

To complete your return, you must email us at customerservice@el.alligator.com with pictures of item to be returned and reason for returning.  You must also include a copy of your proof of purchase with the email.

No returns will be accepted without pre-approval of legitimacy of request for return.

SHIPPING

For returns, you should mail your product to: El Alligator Ltd Level 2 Long Circular Mall, St. James Be sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You should always use a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for shipments lost or damaged during transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

PRICES

Prices are displayed in TTD and exclude VAT. 12.5% VAT will be added separately at checkout.

Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at el.alligator@hotmail.com

 

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery El Alligator Ltd shall notify you as soon as possible and you must pick up the order at (El Alligator Level 2 Long Circular Mall.) We are unable to provide specific times for delivery. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts etc.….

Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.

 

If the item is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact El Alligator Ltd within 48 hours of the delivery.

 All our shipments are track-able and require a signature upon receipt.

All products are covered by a 12 months warranty starting the day of the delivery. In case there are any problems the customer should contact El Alligator Ltd and provide pictures of the problem to:el.alligator@hotmail.com

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.

El Alligator Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.

The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and El Alligator Ltd is regulated by the relevant Trinidad and Tobago consumer Law.
